Hutton Business Park is a new business development near Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
The developers required an informative sales brochure, with inserts, to more effectively promote the development and rent/sale the range of units off plan priot to completion.
The key objective of the brochure was to promote the prime geographical location of the development and provide full specifications for each of the available plots. These were created as loose leaf inserts enabling the property consultants, LWE, to send them out individually if required.
Birdwing also created the 3D visualisations and plans for the development enabling LWE to effectively promote the business park many months prior to completion.
