Lazarus Properties is one of the leading property development and investment companies in South Yorkshire.
Lazarus required a major revamp of all its corporate communication and property sales materials to more effectively promote the company to its investors, partners and other stakeholders (such as local planning departments).
Historically a number of versions of the company's corporate identity existed and a revamp was required to bring some consistency to its communications.
The new identity has subsequently been rolled out to all Lazarus' corporate communications, marketing materials, sales boards and a new portfolio website, helping to establish a more professional overall brand for the company.
The content managed site is intended as an online portfolio to demonstrate the range of their property development activities and help market developments that are currently being built.
