Pavilion Estates is a domestic property development company based in Melton Mowbray.
The company required a sales brochure to help market its Churgate Development, a high specification conversion of the old coach house and stable blocks of Braunstone Manor, Rutland.
One of the key objectives of the brochure was for the design, layout and quality of print to reflect the prestigous nature of the development, whilst also containing all the required factual information to gain the interest of potential purchasers and/or property investors.
Birdwing also created the high-end 3D visualisations for each of the plots enabling Pavilion to effectively promote the development many months prior to completion.
