Pavilion Estates is a domestic property development company based in Melton Mowbray.
The company required a sales brochure to help market its Churgate Development, a high specification conversion of the old coach house and stable blocks of Braunstone Manor, Rutland.
The brochure features 3D visualisations for each of the plots enabling Pavilion to effectively promote the development many months prior to completion. The visualisations were also used within large sales hoardings and a range of Estate Agent marketing materials.
