Birch Park is a development of over 100 homes one mile from the centre of York.
We worked closely with the developers Urbani to develop the Birch Park brand and all marketing materials including sales brochure, hoardings, sales centre and website.
The website included full details of the development including specification, detailed downloadable floor layouts and a "Quick registration" facility.
To generate off-plan sales we managed and produced creative for the comprehensive regional media campaign, including large format outdoor advertising, scooters, bus backs and regional press adverts supported with a short code TXT messaging service.
