Pavilion Estate's Churchgate development is a high specification conversion of the old Coach House and stable blocks of Braunstone Manor, Rutland.
Birdwing produced a range of very detailed 3D visualisations to effectively promote each of the properties and these were included within a high-end sales brochure and supporting local advertising.
