Oaklands is a unique development of retirement homes specifically designed for the over 55's.
Birdwing were recently appointed by Doncaster based developers ‘Marque homes’ to create marketing materials for their Retford based retirement development ‘Oaklands’.
Initial work included a set of CGI visuals, web based promotion to generate early interest, followed by a more detailed website, sales boards, and a prestigious 16 page brochure detailing the development and individual plots aimed at a series of sales events.
